About The Position
PCCP, LLC is looking for an Associate position within San Francisco our deal team to assist with both acquisitions and debt originations. The Associate will be responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, and preparing investment memoranda. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings effectively during meetings. The Associate will also coordinate due diligence and interact with clients, while representing the firm's goals and values.
