About The Position

Under the direction of the Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of the radiologists, performs all phases of radiologic procedures within scope and assists the radiologist in exams and procedures to obtain a diagnosis that will provide the best possible care for the patient. We are hiring for multiple openings of Associate Radiology Technologist positions in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska! Currently available schedules: Part Time, 0.4 FTE, Variable shift, 16 hours per week. $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Requirements

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of 1 year of an accredited radiologic training program, or equivalent education/experience
  • Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • 6 months completion of clinical rotation in Diagnostic Imaging environment
