Requirements

Ability to read plans and specifications to develop accurate mechanical and plumbing equipment take-offs and summaries.
Strong critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail, organization, and patience.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet bid deadlines.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and reading comprehension).
Dependable, highly organized, and professional.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
High School diploma required

Responsibilities

Estimate equipment costs, apply company pricing standards, and prepare accurate, competitive, and compliant quotations.
Review mechanical and plumbing plans to identify applicable products and apply critical thinking to evaluate complex project requirements.
Gather and organize relevant documents from online exchanges, contractor FTP sites, and other digital platforms to support accurate pricing.
Collaborate with outside sales engineers and branch offices to align with regional sales strategies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with Flowtherm Engineers, Outside Sales Representatives, and Project Managers.
Deliver timely and accurate quotes to customers via email.
Proactively track and monitor bid opportunities, staying informed on upcoming and active projects.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain current pricing, product information, and technical support.
Provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Stay up to date on new products, pricing updates, and industry trends.
