About The Position

Future Standard is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Quantitative Strategies Team and build data & AI models to support our business.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge about quantitative and data models, with 1 to 5 years of experience working with large datasets, using Generative AI to analyze and implement business needs, patterns, transforming complex raw data into visualizations that help senior leadership to make informed, strategic business decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Math, Statistics etc.
• 1-5 years’ experience in Data Analyst, Quant Research/Dev or similar
• Advanced SQL proficiency with database experience: SQL Server, Snowflake etc.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C++ or other popular language)
• Generative AI experience highly preferred
• Experience working in financial services is preferred but not required
• Exemplary organizational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills
• Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade models & libraries
• Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Enterprise-grade RAG / LLM pipelines / AI agents
• MLOps, model monitoring, and governance

Nice To Haves

• Generative AI experience highly preferred
• Experience working in financial services is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to find trends, patterns, and insights
• Build quantitative and data models
• Implement Generative AI prompts and agents
• Work closely with internal business including sales, marketing, credit, private equity etc.
• Always behave with the utmost professionalism.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, credibility and trust.
• Be resourceful, decisive and proactive.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure for urgent mandates
