About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will implement quality and food safety programs while supporting daily execution of activities across assigned focus areas. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance processes, advance supplier performance, and help ensure regulatory compliance and the safety and quality of our products. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures within assigned technical areas. Join cross‑functional teams to implement Quality Assurance initiatives and improve supplier performance under limited guidance. Perform technical tasks connected to Quality and Food Safety processes and procedures. Gather and analyze data to identify trends and make decisions related to product safety and quality. Provide technical and decision‑making support in managing situations related to quality and food safety. Partner with functions across the facility to uphold regulatory compliance and ensure the safety and quality of company products. Maintain effective relationships with packaging material suppliers and internal facilities. Evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement across assigned responsibility areas. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Food, Biological, or Chemical Science or a related field (will consider 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree). Knowledge of quality systems, food safety systems, manufacturing processes, and relevant technologies. Knowledge of government regulatory requirements including GFSI, FSMA, FDA, and USDA. Experience using continuous improvement tools such as statistical process control and capability studies. Troubleshooting, data analysis, and investigative competencies, utilization of digital tools to track and analyze data. Comfort with sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods, climbing to various heights, maneuvering in confined spaces, working in challenging environmental conditions, performing bending and crawling motions. #LI-Onsite #LI-BC1 #LI-Associate Compensation Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
