Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer who can develop and implement techniques to ensure the solution works as intended and doesn't have any critical errors. As an Associate Quality Engineer, you will assist with verifying and validating whether products/solutions meet specified requirements. Work towards quality assurance objectives and processes, monitoring and evaluating testing results against the predetermined objectives, and applying recommended actions for improvements on a single initiative or small components of multiple initiatives. Work closely with development teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the development process. Support testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality. Execute, and automate test cases, work with developers and other stakeholders. Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective action. Research, recommend, and learn to implement new testing technologies and practices, such as incorporating machine learning. Collaborate and share lessons learned regarding performance and reliability issues with all stakeholders including developers, other SREs, operations teams, and project management teams. Support more senior engineers in managing DevOps capabilities using continuous integration/continuous delivery toolsets and automation. Focus on learning and growing skill sets to enhance autonomy in testing and development processes.
