Requirements

  • Secondary education or previous work experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities

  • Works within a team to achieve operational and technical delivery against defined quality targets
  • Resolves routine issues that arise within the Quality team to maintain compliance standards
  • Develops knowledge of Quality processes within own team or area
  • Escalates more complex issues to more senior employees
  • Provides more involved technical support to other support services to deliver line performance and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensures processes are set up and run in accordance with the agreed settings and parameters
  • Ensures adherence to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment, Good Laboratory Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Assists in the completion of regulatory documentation
  • Develops capability to provides assistance to varied projects and deliverables
  • Ensures adherence to timelines to support project managers as necessary
  • Reviews work practices and proposes changes to enhance functional effectiveness
  • Delivers informal training to meet the line and business needs and undertake training to enhance personal performance and development
