About The Position
You will be the Associate Quality Analyst for the Training and Documentation Control team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of training submittals, document control, and stamp control. As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for driving training and documentation control excellence across our Troy facility. Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 1+ years of experience
- Interim Secret Clearance required with ability to obtain full secret clearance
- Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Nice To Haves
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Prior experience with Pike County operations.
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Review and input OJT (on the job training) submittals.
- Coordinate document control reviews and changes for the site.
- Coordinate the stamp control process for the site.
- Prepare reports as assigned by the area supervisor or site management.
