Requirements

  • One year of experience preferred.
  • Basic level of education required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise and materials, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Efficiently maintain the excellence of our outbound shipments through the inspection of sample garments from incoming shipments.
  • Conduct visual assessments, identify defects, and ensure the alignment of product specifications with the actual bulk items.
  • Perform periodic special audits based on feedback received from stores and customers.
  • Document failed items, issue claims, and collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team.
