Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supports Shrinkage and Safety Awareness programs by aiding Store Management in communicating current topics.
• Conducts surveillance to observe customer and contractor activities, detects theft or suspicious activity, and reports infractions.
• Detains and interviews suspects in accordance with local laws and company policy.
• Maintains records using approved Company methods and manages evidence retention.
• Participates in court hearings and maintains relationships with local law enforcement.
• Identifies and addresses potential hazards to customers and associates, conducts incident investigations.
• Supports internal investigations by collecting evidence and acting as an interview witness.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with company policies to drive sales and profit.
