About The Position

This Associate Manager role at Avid Storage involves dynamic, on-the-go tasks at self storage facilities, moving beyond a typical desk job. Responsibilities include checking in customers, property maintenance, truck rentals, and facility renewals. The position focuses on the efficient operation of one or more self storage facilities, aiming to maximize sales and occupancy, control delinquencies, and ensure proper maintenance. Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
