About The Position

Job Responsibilities Assisting property manager in overseeing and maintaining various types of properties Receiving and processing property Responsible for the contract’s vehicle fleet including invoices, registration fees, smog and insurance etc. Manages FedEx account Assisting with property management audits Develops and maintains relationships with vendors, suppliers, and RAPTR team members Prepares property reports Works in a team environment to ensure property is properly tracked Utilizes a computerized inventory control system to identify and track materials Compliant with safety and security rules Requirements 2+ year’s-experience, preferable but not required Knowledge of DOD/Government propriety procedures Experience with shipping and receiving Knowledge of laws and regulations per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Must be organized, punctual, self-motivated, a team player, have attention to detail, and a strong communicator Degree not required, but preferable: Associate’s or bachelor’s in business administration. Requirements

  • 2+ year’s-experience, preferable but not required
