Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience in a project management or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, parallel projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills to assist Project Specialists.
  • Experience with Pearson software and press/bindery functions preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze needs and propose solutions.
  • Professional image and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft SharePoint, eSuite, and/or Oracle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with press and bindery equipment, including mailings and report assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Project Specialists with preparing folders, organizing plate proofs, and closing tickets.
  • Provides customer service to Pearson customers to enhance satisfaction and account retention.
  • Accurately performs data entry in iQuote and Monarch systems.
  • Participates actively in team activities and manages daily workload independently.
  • Prioritizes timely invoicing of customers and communicates with the finance team regarding billing inquiries.
  • Assists with project activities involving sister facilities and third-party vendors, coordinating with procurement when necessary.
  • Engages in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance processes and adheres to established procedures.
  • Prepares accurate account analysis, including revenue forecasts and annual planning.
  • Completes special projects or assignments as directed by management.
