What will you be doing: The Associate Project Specialist (Clinical Engineering) provides administrative and project support to the Clinical Engineering department. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations by assisting Clinical Engineers, Technicians, and Management with documentation, reporting, and project coordination, as well as coordinating service calls and supporting the department's maintenance tracking system.

Requirements

  • One (1) plus years' experience in an administrative or office support role; three (3) years preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or technical environment preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and route phone calls calls to the appropriate technicians or teams.
  • Enter and update work orders and equipment information in the department's maintenance tracking system.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Assist Clinical Engineers and management with project coordination and documentation.
  • Support departmental communications, scheduling, and general office functions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare stakeholders outside of EIS to support projects and vendor management.
