Our Enterprise Information Security Office (EISO) is responsible for SITA's Enterprise Security Improvement Program (ESIP) program delivery to support SITA in navigating the many risks and opportunities associated with its digital transformation and security technology improvements. As Associate Project Manager you will deliver excellence in project data management, scheduling, tracking, reporting and delivery as a key supporting player in small/medium/large projects. You will own and manage project databases and tools and interface with SITA Project Managers and delivery teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside program and project managers in delivering a host of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with SITA Project Managers and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Management managing projects from inception through to closure.
  • Experience with IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Smartsheet, Clarizen, MS Project.
  • Ability to manage project reporting databases at program or portfolio level.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and influencing people skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Cybersecurity qualification desirable but not mandatory.
  • Formal project management training and certification.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management and Reporting owning key project tools to ensure timely reporting to management teams.
  • Managing and supporting on independent projects as assigned - Project sizes will vary and may be part of a program.
  • Working with Project Managers - assist a project manager by managing sub-projects or key task elements.
  • Working with project teams - host meetings as needed to gather and share project details.
  • Working with delivery teams - help fulfill the project commitments as assigned.
  • Project Management administration - write and generate reports clearly and simply.
