The Associate Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing project timelines, task execution, and cross-functional coordination using Monday.com, ensuring all project milestones are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role drives Product Availability Dates (PAD), On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance, and overall timeline adherence by maintaining clear visibility of every task, dependency, and blocker across the launch process. This position partners closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain updated project boards, escalate risks early, and enforce RFT (Right First Time) discipline. The main focus is timeline and project management, and the role also includes some ERP-related updates to support accurate and timely launch execution.
