Atwell is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware.

Requirements

A Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Responsibilities

Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with high standards and client expectations.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold commitment to high standards.
Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
