As an Associate Project Manager at ArchKey Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in overseeing the administrative and technical aspects of large, complex projects or managing smaller projects directly. This position is based in our ArchKey/Sachs Electric office in St. Louis, MO, and is part of a company recognized as a Top 10 National Electrical Contracting firm. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will assist in ensuring that projects are constructed according to design specifications, budgets, and schedules. You will act as a liaison, facilitating communication among various stakeholders, including General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen. Your role will also involve assisting the Project Manager in staffing decisions, performing specialized estimating, and managing purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests. Additionally, you will help implement safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
