Requirements

• Associate or College Degree preferred.
• At least five years of customer service experience and/or project management.
• Manufacturing and shipping knowledge preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to identify, define, and resolve problems.
• General understanding of blueprints/drawings and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Sabre Towers and Poles and clients, providing communication and project management from beginning to end.
• Provide exceptional customer service while overseeing and managing Wood Pole Equivalents and Small Structure Count orders.
• Ensure accurate input of utility jobs, professional services, and miscellaneous orders in the ERP tracking system (Epicor).
• Assign Sales Orders through Epicor and compile project information into organized job folders.
• Update the daily job report when processing new Sales Orders and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
• Communicate directly with customers, purchasing agents, engineers, field supervisors, project managers, and vendors.
• Synchronize and document all administrative aspects of project files and customer schedules.
• Create shipping schedules using Excel and manage communications between the Shipping Department and clients.
