About The Position

The Associate Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of healthcare informatics projects, ensuring their timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of coordinating across teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring compliance with HCUS standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including HCUS MI engineers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver solutions that improve healthcare outcomes through innovative informatics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 or more years of experience in project management or coordination, preferred. Internship experience is acceptable
  • Experience in Healthcare or technology environment is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to focus information is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours with long hours per business needs
  • Self-driven and proactive with an ability to work independently to anticipate next steps forward
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and managing HCUS projects from initiation to completion
  • Defining project scope and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely progress
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between internal HCUS teams and customers to clarify requirements and expectations
  • Prepare and distribute regular project updates, reports, and documentation
  • Facilitate meetings, including team check-ins and progress reviews, ensuring actionable outcomes for the completion of projects
  • Work closely with management to identify potential risks and issues during project execution
  • Assist management in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address challenges
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards

  • Salary range of $71,611 - $95,093 + bonus opportunity
