We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) with a mandate to improve the end-to-end revenue pipeline across Sales, Product, and Field Application teams. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of customer opportunities from successful lead generation through qualification, demonstration, onboarding, and handoff to Customer Success. The Associate PM will also be responsible for the Customer Relationship Management flow itself-building and enforcing pipeline discipline, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and presenting leadership with visibility into risks and opportunities. This is a high-leverage role central to scaling our business. This is a remote position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
