About The Position

As an Associate Project Manager at CBRE, you will support the Project Management team in managing commercial real estate projects, focusing on documentation preparation, reporting, and potentially managing smaller projects. This role involves overseeing various aspects of project management, including budget, schedule, and quality, while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with large-volume retail bank projects and clients is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings with general knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Experience utilizing PMWeb project management software is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills and the ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages and fractions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial real estate project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management for individual commercial real estate projects.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
• Report status and variances, crafting action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Manage smaller projects as assigned and lead third-party project delivery resources/team.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks and address routine problems.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
