About The Position

We're looking for an Associate Project Manager, Creative Production to support the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creativity and structure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years' experience in a project management, e-commerce, production or merchandising role
• Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
• Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage project end-to-end workflow by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate in a timely and effective manner, keeping manager and stakeholders apprised of project status and/or timeline concerns.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks, problem-solve, and adapt plans as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships within team and cross-functional partners.
• Flex day-to-day priorities to best accommodate in-the-moment business needs.
