About The Position

The Opportunity:
Associate PM – Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce, and Social Media.

• This position is onsite in El Segundo

Responsibilities

• Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in WorkFront for assigned Mattel brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high-res images
• Support photo shoot production, including logistics, product prep, and on-set coordination
• Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and escalate blockers as needed
• Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows
• Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Document and communicate clearly to support cross-functional alignment
