Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
  • Building systems engineering and/or facility operations construction project management experience within the retail or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing high volume environments.
  • Proven track record of results in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing industry changing projects as an Associate Project Manager at JLL.
  • Leading and delivering challenging projects.
  • Contributing to the development of project budgeting and scheduling.
  • Overseeing the strategy and execution through completion of construction.
  • Focusing on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
  • Establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team.
  • Developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication.
  • Managing client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution and account maintenance.
