About The Position

Associate Project Manager – Bio Analytics Work Schedule – Monday – Friday (Day Shift) / Madison, Wisconsin Job Responsibilities Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization from delivery of project through completion Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients Manage communication, timelines, milestones, and financial components while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on the client's commitments. Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project-related issues Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 4 years or more of professional project management experience
  • 1 year or more working with internal or external clients
  • 2 years or more with data analysis experience
  • 1 year or more experience with negotiating (e.g. vendors, clients etc.)
  • Practical analytical or laboratory experience
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and resourceful

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification
  • 1 year or more Client-facing experience
  • 1 year or more experience within CRO, or biotech organization

Responsibilities
