About The Position

The Associate Project Management position at Northrop Grumman involves providing project leadership, analysis, and execution support for the development of innovative systems. The role focuses on ensuring the systematic conversion of customer needs into total systems solutions while managing technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The candidate will support the Palmdale F35 Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and improving performance through various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of standard project management principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work 1st shift (6 am - 3:30 pm) on a 9/80 work schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret clearance if applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite.
