About The Position

Responsible for executing the ongoing Quality Assurance/Quality Control of energy efficiency program offerings. Responsible for supporting implementation of program offerings which includes the policies, terms and conditions; coordination and implementation of Programs; the guidelines and pricing for the new offerings, etc. adhere to QA/QC policies and procedures. Provide program review over scope, schedule and budget of energy efficiency projects in compliance with the BPU Order and PSEG procedures. Ensure projects meet all program requirements, including project scope and cost effectiveness. Provide technical, financial, and analytical expertise to support the achievement of business goals and strategic objectives as part of PSE&G's Centralized Services Organization in support of the Clean Energy Solutions group.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience (with a Bachelor's Degree) or 9 years' experience in lieu of degree with demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end Residential and Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program vendors and other delivery contractors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal skill set.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the utility industry, appropriate regulations, and applicable Board Orders.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills - must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge of residential and/or commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs, processes, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of QA/QC policies and procedures; work closely with various business partners within the company to ensure the optimization of new and existing product and services.
  • Completion of QA/QC tasks including timely reporting to wider QA/QC team.
  • Meet with customers and vendors to perform QA/QC field visits and increase customer engagement.
  • QA/QC oversight of the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects in accordance with requirements for BPU approved energy efficiency programs.
  • Interface with PSEG associates, vendors, customers, and outside consultants to assure the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors.
  • Review vendor deliverables. Monitor vendor performance, and review/process vendor invoices.
  • Compile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management.
