This position requires a strong understanding of residential energy efficiency practices, including direct install measures, HVAC upgrades, and building envelope improvements, to ensure that all weatherization measures are implemented effectively and meet program requirements. Acting as a liaison between internal teams, trade allies, and community partners, the Associate Program Manager fosters clear communication and collaboration to keep projects on track and stakeholders engaged. Beyond day-to-day coordination, this role contributes to data tracking and reporting, identifying operational bottlenecks, and recommending solutions that drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
