About The Position

Peraton is looking for an Associate Program Integrator for a large High Performance Computing (HPC) program. This program is cutting edge and includes everything from HPC test planning and execution, architecture design and prototyping, and vendor outreach and collaboration support. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the national security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results in achieving their planned objectives of this growing, high-profile program. The selected Program Integrator will assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (business or technical discipline) and five (5) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and foster team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

  • Track that the programs establish and execute the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle of the programs.
  • Assist programs in the development of actionable requirement packages and monitor delivery/performance of program-level requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the process to ensure all Programs are working validated and approved requirements across multiple fiscal years.
  • Assist program managers in developing program documentation such as Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Acquisition Strategies (PAS), Operational Capability Statement (OCS), T&E Master Plan (TEMP), Risk Management Plans, and program schedules.
  • Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews.
  • Assist PEO and Portfolio level leadership with strategic resource planning and tracking.
  • Provide assistance in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements.
  • Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions.
  • Review and assist in providing justification statements and figures for CBJB and CJB.
  • Assist in providing Standardized Guidance in the PPB&E Process.
  • Ensure attainable, impactful, and measurable goals and objectives established for each program.
  • Provide financial and summary reports on the program elements at the program level.
  • Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Assist program managers in tracking the development of program documentation and program schedules.
