About The Position

The Associate, Program Finance role at L3Harris Technologies involves performing financial analyses on proposals, contracts, and programs. This position supports all phases of a contract, from proposal preparation to contract closeout, and is responsible for developing and distributing financial reports to stakeholders. The analyst will work under moderate supervision, contributing to operational targets and departmental results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Expert level Excel skills highly desirable.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint (ERP) and Deltek Cobra highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis on programs, including actuals, estimate to complete (ETC), estimate at complete (EAC), and Earned Value (EV).
• Monitor, analyze, estimate, and report cost and schedule performance against baseline.
• Price proposals of varying size and complexity, adding strategic value.
• Convert cost proposals to contract budgets and track financial budgets for contracts.
• Assist in the bid process by establishing cost accounts and earned value criteria.
• Ensure actual costs reported agree with the general ledger and that estimates are properly supported.
• Maintain accurate and complete files supporting financial baselines, including quad chart content.
• Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting Policies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required.
