The position is a 9-month, tenure-track faculty appointment in Animal Science and Equine Science program areas. We are seeking a candidate with experience and expertise in reproductive physiology. The role includes teaching responsibilities, which involve instructing a standard load of nine undergraduate and/or graduate course credits per academic semester, advising, and supporting both undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, the candidate will provide access to high impact practices aimed at increasing student retention, persistence, and success. Research responsibilities include the development of an active research program involving undergraduate and graduate (MS) students that results in peer-reviewed publications and applications for extramural funding to support research. The position offers the opportunity to focus on equine reproduction, nutrition, health, physiology, or related disciplines. Candidates are also expected to engage in service to the school, college, and university.
