Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry Product knowledge: Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com Sales Retention: Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals Sales Growth: Engage with existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections of current and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner Record Maintenance: Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects Collaboration: Work closely with others on the sales team and in other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience What’s in it For You: Large (~$2B+ revenue) formerly public information services and data business Durable cash flow and profitability regardless of changes in macroeconomic conditions Company certified as a global "A Great Place to Work."
