Associate Production Scientist
About The Position
At MilliporeSigma in Sheboygan Falls, WI, we are seeking an Associate Production Scientist to safely and efficiently manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in support of the group and department. As an Associate Production Scientist at MilliporeSigma, you will interface with multiple manufacturing departments and sites within the organization, quality teams, and teams working on new product introductions. Additional responsibilities include: Perform manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment Meet production goals while maintaining rigorous quality standards and documentation Support all aspects of the manufacturing area, including equipment, materials, and inventory Communicate operational updates and deviations effectively across teams and to leadership Engage in inter-departmental projects and external quality audits Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements Develop and refine operating procedures and train team members Conduct and analyze product evaluations to ensure specifications are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline
- OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of work experience in a chemical production, laboratory or chemical engineering role
