The Associate, Production Planning position provides operational and administrative support for property management activities under the supervision of senior property professionals and program management staff. This role involves maintaining accurate records of government and customer property, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational and administrative support for property management activities.
  • Maintains accurate records of government and customer property.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and company policies.
  • Assists in preparing reports related to property acquisition, tracking, transfer, utilization, and disposition.
  • Ensures data integrity in property management systems.
  • Supports property audits and assessments by conducting preliminary research and compiling documentation.
  • Assists in the resolution of discrepancies.
  • Coordinates property transfers between programs and subcontractors.
  • Assists in periodic physical inventories of property.
  • Reconciles inventory records and identifies areas requiring corrective action.
  • Monitors compliance with Government Property Clauses (FAR 52.245-1).
  • Provides support for program reviews, property system audits, and internal self-assessments.
  • Participates in training sessions to enhance understanding of government property regulations and company procedures.
