• Proven creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced news environment under deadline pressure.
• Strong curiosity for current and historic events.
• Motivation to grow and adapt to a rapidly changing business.
• Willingness to be on-call during assigned weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions for day-to-day assignments for Field Production staff.

• Lead projects to streamline workflow and elevate the team, including organizing gear.
