JOB SUMMARY: Assists in performing the coordination and integration of different departments to ensure that the aircraft or components are on schedule, mitigate risks in a timely manner, and the aircraft/components meets the Dassault quality and safety level. The goal is to accomplish the production process in the smoothest, most judicious and most economical way. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Assists in assessing the risk induced by new tasks/reworks on the aircraft progress, defining action plans to negate those risks and proposing risk reduction plans for future improvement. Participates in daily technical action plans and follow up with assembly team managers concerning assignment of tasks, operations and discrepancies to be performed on the aircraft/components according to the schedule and expected quality level. Conduct daily monitoring of critical issues (to include but not limited to shortages, technical events and schedule with actions necessary to keep the line moving). Reports to the Business Unit Manager about critical issues with input regarding recommendations and actions to resolve them. Coordinates with other departments as required ensuring materials, parts, documentation, engineering data, and other items are delivered to the aircraft or shop on time. Participates in ways to identify and propose action plans to improve the process or product in regards to cost, schedule, quality, etc.). Support aircraft/component transfers, projects, and new processes. Basic ability to conduct root cause analysis and define a corrective action plan. Utilize support teams to maintain the aircraft/component production process and to improve the schedule. NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Other duties as assigned.
