About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Product Strategy rockstar to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization's strategic roadmap. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Product Strategy who in turn reports directly to Fanatics Collectibles' VP of Product Strategy & Business Operations. This Strategy Associate will simultaneously engage with several high-impact initiatives, with a primary focus on Collectibles' NFL, NBA, WWE, and UFC Portfolios. Given the Product Strategy team's end-to-end mandate, this role can expect to both 1) evaluate and scope potential strategic initiatives as well as 2) drive execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred.
  • Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen.
  • Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive multiple high-impact strategic initiatives across the Collectibles' portfolio for NFL, NBA, WWE and UFC.
  • Set goals, report findings, deliver recommendations, and help present progress updates to the Fanatics Collectibles Global SVP of Product, President, CEO and other key leaders.
  • Work with the entire Product Strategy team to identify, size, and actively prioritize all potential initiatives / opportunities on the roadmap.
  • Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and drive continuous improvement of our product portfolios.
  • Become a subject-matter-expert in all things Trading Cards!
