About The Position

The Associate Product Sales Specialist (PSS) for cardiovascular ultrasound is responsible for driving sales and increasing market visibility for ultrasound products within a designated territory. This role involves collaboration with other sales specialists to create sales funnels, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets, all while ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience in medical device, capital equipment, software, or IT (preferred).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with an Ultrasound PSS to cover a large territory including Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
  • Drive Ultrasound visibility in the assigned territory through cold calling, customer canvasing, and collaboration with Ultrasound Virtual Sales.
  • Create and manage orders funnel.
  • Support the Ultrasound PSS in sales activities and campaigns to drive order funnel.
  • Own and maintain an accurate orders forecast in the assigned geography.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure a strong partnership and understanding of customer needs.
  • Deliver the annual orders operating plan.
