About The Position

The Associate Product Owner role at Ameriprise Financial involves supporting cross-functional agile digital product teams to execute product strategies and deliver on key priorities. Requirements

• Solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more Agile Scrum teams.
• Partner with Sr Product Owner, UX Design Lead, and Software Engineering Lead to assist in defining roadmap, backlog, and sprint plans.
• Author user stories and provide context for product vision, strategy, and requirements.
• Support Ameriprise.com and public microsites as a webmaster within the Content Management System; work closely with content to publish and maintain content across our sites.
• Own the facilitation of scrum ceremonies.
• Manage and maintain strategic documentation for multiple product teams in support of product leads.
• Work alongside product leads to update and maintain various backlogs.
• Help product leads populate updates for monthly product roadmap/performance reviews.
• Work closely with the analytics team to regularly pull KPIs for product leads for review/analysis.
• Support product leads by summarizing key notes from meetings and sharing next steps with participants.
