About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and focused Associate Product Owner to initially take ownership of working with Engineering and Product Management to deliver hardware, firmware, & software integration of body-worn camera devices within the Motorola solutions portfolio. You will engage with the business and stakeholders to enable the delivery of the product releases in a business-value-oriented manner. Make timely and decisive decisions regarding product development priorities for their attached team(s), including balancing support product backlog items, technical debt, and new features. Work with Product Managers and technical leaders to understand the product requirements and enable their delivery by the product team. Work alongside and with the development teams to assist in the creation of well-maintained, refined, prioritized product backlogs that include consistent and measurable 'definitions of done'. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to present the current state of the backlog. Define product release plans, including measuring their progress towards completion and tracking the predictability.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of agile software development and management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional working language proficiency in Hebrew.
