In the role of the Associate Product Owner – HR Technology working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information Technology team. You will help support one or two of the core HR technologies for our US and Canada HR organizations. This role is responsible for delivering business capability within a product or value stream, with a focus of UKG Pro WFM, and/or Dayforce. You will prioritize features and stories to deliver maximum business value aligned with strategy as agreed through our lean portfolio process. Through understanding of the beverage business, the PO owns relationships with end users, key business stakeholders, and expertise in our business process to deliver technology that is usable and meets business needs. This position reports to Dir Product Solution Owner - HR/Legal/Comms and works closely with the US and Canada HR organization (SMEs and HR Operations), solution architects, security, Integration team, application support partners, process owners and change enablement teams.
