About The Position

Think you can turn a skincare routine into a global movement? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Associate Product Marketing Manager who can own product storytelling, go-to-market strategy, listings, and cross-channel merchandising to help Clean Skin Club launch and sell products more effectively across DTC, retail, Amazon, and social commerce. What You Will Do Clean Skin Club is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the CMO, to help execute product launches across every customer touchpoint. You will play a vital role in how our products are merchandised and communicated across DTC, retail, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for a doer who understands the basics of consumer psychology and brand positioning but excels at the execution. From drafting launch briefs to updating product page copy and brainstorming ad hooks, you will be the glue that ensures our product stories are consistent and conversion focused.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, copywriting, or brand marketing (CPG/Beauty experience is a major plus).
  • Strong copywriting skills are a must. You can write a compelling product description and a high converting ad hook with equal ease.
  • You are comfortable working inside Shopify Plus and understand the basics of e-commerce merchandising.
  • You have a working knowledge of (or a deep desire to learn) the nuances of selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Retail.
  • You aren't afraid of data and want to understand how your copy affects CAC and Conversion.
  • You are detail obsessed and ensure every product listing is accurate and optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Product Launch & GTM Execution: Support the development of go-to-market briefs and help coordinate launches across all sales channels. Assist in translating product research into clear, punchy messaging that resonates with our community.
  • Product Messaging & Copywriting: Draft and refine product copy for DTC pages, Amazon listings, TikTok Shop, and paid ads. Help maintain brand voice while adapting copy to fit the nuances of different platforms.
  • E-commerce & Merchandising Support: Assist with product page setup and merchandising within Shopify Plus. Help identify opportunities to improve PDP (Product Detail Page) layouts to drive better conversion and higher AOV.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Act as a key marketing partner for product needs across Amazon, Retail, and Social Commerce. Help develop the selling kits and assets needed for retail partners and in-store displays.
  • Creative Collaboration: Support the Growth and Content teams by brainstorming ad hooks, copy angles, and messaging frameworks that bridge the gap between brand storytelling and performance.
  • Market & Performance Tracking: Monitor core metrics like conversion rates and merchandising performance. Stay curious about market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to help improve our strategy.
