Join AIP as an Associate Product Manager and help shape the future of our core identity products including credit monitoring, financial identity monitoring, and foundational subscriber‑value services. In this role, you’ll strengthen the products that millions rely on to protect their financial identity, while partnering closely with product leaders across the organization to prioritize improvements, deliver measurable value, and drive meaningful outcomes for subscribers. Role Scope: The Associate Product Manager (APM) will focus on ensuring AIP’s core identity services continuously improve and deliver maximum value to subscribers. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing key monitoring features, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring product decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes and business value.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of overall product related experiences, including 2–3 years in Product Management (fintech/Insurtech strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience leading 1–2 initiatives from concept through launch with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of technologies, processes, and tools used to design and deliver digital products.
  • Systems thinker who can identify patterns and simplify complex use cases.
  • Technical fluency with comfort discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, web technologies, and integration concepts (no coding required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; strong problem‑solver and fast learner.
  • Experience developing business cases or lean canvases that articulate ROI.
  • Focused on delivering outcomes and business value, not on chasing shiny features.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, especially around fraud and scam prevention/detection.
  • Familiarity with credit products, including reports, trackers, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and Evolve Core Identity Products: Enhance and optimize credit monitoring, financial identity monitoring, and related services to ensure subscribers receive ongoing value. Identify opportunities to strengthen product performance, reduce friction, and improve user experience.
  • Manage the Roadmap for Core Identity Services: Maintain and coordinate the roadmap across identity‑related products. Collaborate with senior Product Managers to sequence enhancements, align priorities, and translate strategy into actionable work.
  • Identify Outcome‑Driven Improvement Opportunities: Proactively surface optimization opportunities aligned with AIP’s desired subscriber outcomes. Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform recommendations.
  • Deliver Measurable Business Value: Define success metrics for enhancements, new capabilities, and operational improvements. Track, measure, and communicate the impact of shipped features or improvements.
  • Develop Clear, Insight‑Driven Business Cases: Build concise business cases to justify enhancements, new capabilities, or sunsetting lower‑value features. Articulate customer value, business value, ROI, and rationale for prioritization.
  • Support Full Product Lifecycle Delivery: Assist with planning, scoping, validating, and launching new features or product changes. Support end‑of‑life decisions for outdated or low‑performing capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, CX, and analytics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Demonstrate Strong Product Thinking: Apply systems thinking to understand how identity services interact across platforms and touchpoints. Maintain a focus on delivering outcomes and business value, not chasing “shiny” features. Embrace learning, iteration, and thoughtful problem‑solving.
  • Product Strategy Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity‑based products. Support delivery of initiatives from ideation through market launch. Conduct SWOT analyses and help maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Market & Customer Insights Conduct market, user, and stakeholder research to inform priorities and roadmap decisions. Translate insights into clear business value through lean canvases and business cases.
  • Product Planning & Delivery Define product requirements, user experiences, and functionality. Prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback, trends, and business value. Maintain roadmap timelines and coordinate feature releases with cross‑functional teams. Track product metrics and user outcomes to guide future strategy.
  • Product Evangelism Communicate product value internally and externally through demos, presentations, and collateral. Support users and stakeholders in understanding product capabilities.
