About The Position

We want an enthusiastic associate product manager to own one of our evidence device products. They will work to understand the product requirements of the market and enable their delivery, including the competition. Engage with the other product managers, business, and stakeholders to enable the delivery of the product vision and roadmap in a business-value-oriented manner. Make timely and decisive decisions regarding product development priorities for their attached team(s), including balancing support product backlog items, technical debt, and new features. Work alongside and with the product owner and development teams to assist in the creation of well-maintained, refined, prioritized product backlogs that include consistent and measurable 'definitions of done.' Define product release plans, including measuring their progress towards completion and tracking the predictability. Manage the prioritization of market expansion or establishment, including coordination with marketing, sales, training, support, and partners, as well as identifying translations and territorial approval requirements. Assist with specific large-opportunity projects. Persuade and influence others through strong communication. Develop and demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Product Management, or a related degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in device (Hardware, Software, Firmware) development and solutions development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English language skills for effective communication.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
