About The Position

As a global leader in natural language and educational technology, our products, including the award-winning MY Access!® which help millions of learners improve their writing skills every day. We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who’s ready to merge AI innovation with a passion for learning. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll help lead the next wave of AI writing tools, ones that empower teachers, engage students, and bring writing feedback to life.

Requirements

• Master’s in Education, Product Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Agile projects or products.
• Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, or AI-driven learning tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Passion for improving writing instruction through technology.

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience or an instructional design background.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to evolve our writing ecosystem and advance Vantage’s AI-powered learning vision.
• Apply Generative AI Expertise to integrate smart feedback, analytics, and adaptive learning.
• Drive Agile Workflow Management by overseeing backlog prioritization, sprint planning, scrums, and stakeholder sessions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with engineers, designers, and educators to transform insights into user-centered learning features.
• Lead Communication Across Teams to educate, present, and align stakeholders from concept through launch.
• Create Engaging Support Materials for educators and internal teams.
• Track and Optimize Through Data using analytics, user feedback, and research.
