The Associate Product Manager Rotational Program is the entry-level role for product management. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and launch of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This 2-year rotational program will provide you with the opportunity to gain a well-rounded view of the business and product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success through market research, analysis, and collaboration with engineering and design teams. Your role will be critical in helping to shape the direction of our product roadmap and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

  • Understanding and addressing key customer needs by participating in customer discovery activities and contributing to solutions.
  • Supporting the delivery of customer commitments and staying informed about competitive announcements and events.
  • Participating in gathering, analyzing, and applying customer insights. Using data from predefined dashboards to make decisions and recommendations. Review data from dashboards and share insights with the team. Understand key metrics and their influencers.
  • Participating in select customer events and go-to-market launch plans, and activities. Distributing information to sales and marketing teams to educate them on product issues.
  • Working with a cross-functional product team to ideate product solutions to user problems.
  • Learning the company's technology stack and writing clear and concise product requirements that meet guidelines based on customer needs. Present detailed technical user stories to internal stakeholders.
  • Executing defined product strategies and asking questions to understand goals.
  • Possess a bachelor's or master's in a Business subject (Risk Management, Business Management, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Possess 1-2 years of insurance carrier or insurance industry experience.
  • Have a keen interest in product management as a career.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills to analyze and resolve core issues and complex problems.
  • Be able to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities and can think analytically.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, actively listen, and build cooperative relationships.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn. Act on feedback and seek developmental opportunities.
  • Be results-focused and work hard to achieve objectives, stay focused on key commitments, and overcome obstacles.
