The Job: As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be part of our Product Management team working as a hybrid employee (3 days per week in office). You’ll get to: Assist in managing the complete product lifecycle process, from concept to delivery, alongside the Product Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, finance) to drive and develop new products that meet company objectives. Work with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch and sales promotion programs. Develop and implement marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content for your managed product portfolio. Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margin, and profitability targets. Support the execution of comprehensive short- and long-term strategic plans for a profitable retail and industrial product portfolio. Maintain awareness of industry trends and develop a deep understanding of end users to inform new product launches. Validate product CTQs, testing, and claims with end users. Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders. Support special projects as assigned. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: A BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience. 0-3 years of product management experience, with the ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude, always striving to go above and beyond. Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • A BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of product management experience, with the ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
