About The Position

You must be willing and able to work out of this time zone to qualify. This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students. It is not available for any work sponsorship.

Requirements

• Passion for analyzing products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Interest in translating customer insights into applicable deliverables for engineering teams.
• Interest and experience with AI to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Interest in thinking from multiple perspectives, including customers and development teams.
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time technical degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027.
• Be able to commit to a full-time (40hrs / week) internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer and partner interviews that translate insights into action.
• Create feature specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Explore how AI can enhance product experiences.
• Research and present competitive analysis, including emerging AI tools and trends.
• Identify new market and product opportunities.
• Help design innovative solutions to customers’ greatest challenges.
