Requirements
- A licensed California attorney with 3 -5 years of litigation experience
- A strong legal writer and communicator with excellent case management skills
- A team player with a proactive and strategic approach to litigation
- Experienced in handling high -profile, complex litigation matters
Responsibilities
- Handle product liability litigation matters, including multi -district litigation and coordinated state proceedings
- Draft compelling briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
- Manage document collection, review, and production
- Work on cases involving causation and failure analysis
